The investor will first buy the land. Then, a construction agreement will be signed with the construction company that can build this project in return for flats, i.e. flats in return for flats. The construction company will receive 45% of the total number of flats in return for the construction of the entire project. In other words, it will own 45% of the project. 55% of the project will belong to the investor. The investor will not spend any money on construction other than purchasing the land.
